JOIN THE PAWS IN BLOOM TEAM
Love animals? Come care for them with us.
We’re always looking for caring, dependable people to join our team of pet sitters and dog walkers around Hockessin, Wilmington and nearby. Choose your own availability, say yes to the jobs that fit your life, and keep 100% of your tips.
THE BASICS
What you’ll need
You’re at least 18 years old
A reliable car to get to client homes
A smartphone for team chat, the Time To Pet app, photos and visit updates
A deep love for animals, and comfort caring for them in their own homes
Comfort walking dogs in normal weather
Comfort entering client homes alone and respecting their privacy
Clear, reliable communication
A background check, which we pay for
HOW IT WORKS
Flexible work that fits your life
You don’t need full-time availability, and you don’t have to offer every service. Some team members take just a few jobs a month, and that’s completely fine.
New jobs are shared with the team as they come in. You say which ones fit your schedule and distance, and you’re always free to pass on the ones that don’t. Once you say yes, the pets and their people are counting on you.
At each visit you care for the pets and share photos and notes with their families in the Time To Pet app.
Ways to help: drop-in pet sitting visits, dog walking, overnights in client homes, hosting Sleepy Paws Inn guests in your own home (after a home check), and backup or fill-in visits.
