When you book with Paws in Bloom Pet Care, you are hiring a team of more than 20 fully vetted, well-trusted sitters, and we want you to feel completely comfortable with yours.Your first service must be booked and paid before your meet and greet. Once it is, we provide a complimentary 30-minute meet and greet with up to two of your sitters before that first service.Why book first? It lets us reserve your dates and build your care team around your pets' needs, so your sitters' time is set aside just for you. If a sitter isn't the best match, we'll simply assign another team member, with no additional meet and greet fee. And if none of the meet and greets feel right, let us know within 24 hours and we'll refund your booking in full. After 24 hours, our standard cancellation policy applies.As we add to your care team, all relevant information about your home and pets is shared with any additional sitters. We also encourage you to add as much detail as possible to your pets' profiles in our app.Want to meet more sitters later on? Additional meet and greets with new sitters are $20 for 30 minutes. To meet again with a sitter you've already met, simply book a visit.

Yes. When you join the Paws in Bloom pack, a care team is created behind the scenes where all sitters assigned to care for your pets can communicate and relay important information. We work as a team and not an individual. You will not be disappointed with the care that any of our team members provide!

Paws in Bloom Pet Care has a team of animal-loving individuals who are thoroughly vetted and background checked before hiring, and anyone without at least six months of veterinary technology experience will complete a pet CPR/first aid course to take their level of care and expertise to the next level. We guarantee that all of our team members will love your pets as much as you do!
